The agent mounted my tv so well balanced I really really appreciate

Did a great job. Mounted my 77 inch tv and sound bar. They were clean, polite and fast. I would use them anytime.

Installation was completed, however, the quote given over the phone ended up being $150 more, due to the lack of the rep advising that there will be an additional charge for hiding the cords. I would recommend service with caution when obtaining a quote for installation.

So far, the sound bar is jus ok. The main bar works just fine. The rear speakers do not seem to be very loud.

They arrived on time and ready to go to determine if there was an issue with my left/right sound box amplification. Taught me how they operate and made sure they were operating properly.
