Thanks to Geek Squad, my wireless speaker is working again..Not only did the Geek Squard corrected the audio sound, they took the time ( I am a senior citizen) to make sure I knew how to operate the sound system..

Excellent Service, from the geek Squad from the Start

The Geek Squad was great setting up our new receiver. They were professional and efficient. They explained everything as they went and answered our questions.

The techs understood soundbar connections and the optimal settings for the various viewing modes. They were fast, but professional!

The agent wore a mask and was very courteous as he installed our TV and attached it to all our devices. He made sure we had no questions about the TV or the hookups before he left.

Team was quick to install the LG sound bar and addressed the issues we had with the previous VIZEO sound bar that was dysfunctional.

Love the Geek Squad! Always use them, it just makes sense to me to have a professional do it. They recommended that I needed a power surge protector that I hadn’t purchased but luckily they had one on the truck. Yeah!

Install went well no issues other than the tech that came out was not from Geek Squad but third party vendor. He did a great job but I feel like the store should have informed me that it would not actually be a Geek Squad technician.

When I mentioned I had a sound bar in addition to the TV they jumped right in and set it up perfectly. The speakers were placed efficiently and cords tied off professionally .

I had the television mounted on the wall. The technician was on time and very thorough in explaining how everything worked. The only issue I have is that the power cord to the television was not pulled through the wall like all the other cords.

This was a good service with the total tech from best buy people. They are very nice and knowledgeable.

We had the Geek Squad install and set-up all of our home entertainment equipment. They happily answered our questions and we were free to watch as they performed their miracles. No hassles. Just pure enjoyment.
