The agents mounted the tv and connected the sound bar. They were helpful and informative.

Geek squad is the ONLY way to go. Best Buy does a great job training their installers. Every single person we have ever had from geek squad has been very efficient and knowledgeable. Highly recommend!

The two agents showed up within the time window . They had kept us up on time of arrival. The work was done quickly and with explanation of what they were doing.

The only thing that the technicians did was to plug in the existing sound bar to the new tv and plug in the lazer sound cable.

Agent re integrated my bose soundbar and base speaker with my tv remote.

I had read about the good service from the Geek Squad and it is true. They came installed my sound bar and showed us how to work it in a minimum amount of time and fuss. I was very pleased to have them do it.

As usual, the Geek Squad rep who resolved my problem was wise, patient and successful in the needed repair.

The agents not only installed my TV, but also carted away the old one. They went over all the fine points of the TV and made sure it was calibrated.

Home consult missed need for direct Ethernet connect to soundbar. Bryan worked hard to try to find way to complete while here. Required me contacting provider to address. Then able to complete

After some initial confusion on the part of the Geek Squad members, the set-up of the new receiver and reprogramming of the universal remote was completed. Technicians did their usual great job.

In order for the new sound channel to be installed the Geek Squad needed to remount the tv to accommodate the size
