We had purchased the wrong remote and needed different cables. My husband was home and I was shopping.They waited for me to go to Best Buy and get the right equipment in order to finish the installation. They left our house rather late.

The Geek Squad was speedy fast installing my new TV and Soundbar. Very clean, wore mask, & explained every thing I should know about the new products, VERY HAPPY...$ well spent!

The sound bar was installed by the geek squad when the TV and the DVD was installed. Again, I must acknowledge the geek squad was very obliging with my request.

The Geek Squad came to install my new 65" Sony TV and hook up my Bose Surround Sound Speaker system. They did an amazing job and it makes a tremendous difference with the speaker system. I highly recommend the Geek Squad!!

The agent connected to my AV RECEIVER, and show me how to use it. But one request was not set up due to old components and was asked to buy another component.

The only thing that the technicians did was to plug in the existing sound bar to the new tv and plug in the lazer sound cable.

We had an involved installation of multiple TVs, with some challenges due to our location. But the Geek Squad handled everything professionally, and with obvious experience and capability. Awesome job!

They did a great job on the install but it being a late in the day install I think they were wanting to call it a day. It would be nice to have shown me how to use the remote and all the things the TV can do.
