They were supposed to setup TV and to connect existing surround sound system to TV and set both up. I was told that my Surround Sound was to Old and they couldn't set it up and I should buy a Sound Bar. Note: Existing Sound System was working and was connected to a "65 inch Samsung LED TV and I don't know why the new TV wouldn't work. It just cost me several hundred dollars more than it should. This is the fourth time I have written out the details and no contact from Best Buy. I don't think these are ever read.

The agent helped me with an alignment issue for my TV mount; recommended a TV antenna that would work with the system; and advised on Sonos 2.0 controller upgrade. All good!
