My sound bar is great. The installers Husain and Krista were very helpful and made sure that we received the service that we expected.

The Geek Squad set up our new SONY SOUNDBAR when they set up our TV. Also set everything up to work with DISH.

They showed up on time and finished the install with no issues. They answered all my questions and made sure everything was working before leaving.

As usual, the Geek Squad was excellent. We probably wouldn’t even attempt to install TV’s etc. ourselves. Geek Squad is the best part of shopping Best Buy!

This was not a service call to hook up my Sonos Playbar. My Playbar has had no issue. The issue was the Sonos Sub I purchased at Best Buy 7/10 recently started cutting in and out. The tech told me it was no good and that I should return it. I asked him to measure the signal strength of my Modem/Router and we found that I had lost considerable signal strength between the router and the home theater. Back to Best Buy and bought a Google Nest Mesh system with one point and hooked that up 1/14 and so far the Sub has not cut out.

The agent hooked up the sound bar and remote to perfection. Took a while but he was determined..great young man! Great attitude and took all precautions. Very pleased.

I purchased a new Yamaha RXV-683 and wanted to have the Geek Squad set up the audio/video for several components. Very please with the work and knowledge of Cameron who was friendly and able to answer many of my questions.

Two TVs were set up, 1 was mounted on the bedroom wall and the other set up with soundbar effortlessly. They even helped us get an app set up for watching & went over all instructions with us.

Could have used more instruction on it's operation since we didn't have one before. It has no written instructions so it's been a learning ecperience.

All audio components were connected they way I wanted and all work together.

After my new 83" TV was installed the techs hooked up my existing soundbar quickly and with no trouble. All is working perfectly now.

The agents set up our TV and connected it to our sound system and DVD player. They explained to us how the new remote worked and made sure we understood the operation before they left.

The Agents quickly connect the Sound Bar, to my Sony Bravia, and explained how to select the proper sound source.

Recently upgraded my television to a flat screen from an old rear projection set. Purchased a mount as well. First time using the Geek Squad. They did a great job and come prepared if what you bought needs upgrading.

The team who came to set up the sound bar was efficient and capable. Good work was done.

The agents not only installed my TV, but also carted away the old one. They went over all the fine points of the TV and made sure it was calibrated.

Excellent service and knowledge about installing my sound bar . Geek squad was courteous and Covid conscious. Wore a mask, gloves and foot covering.

The Geek Squad was great. Because of the bracket I purchased, it was a difficult installation but the did a perfect job.

The tech who installed our wall mounts and TV's did a great job. Also connected internet, special components and gave us a very easy to understand lesson on how to use them.

Geek Squad was awesome per norm in handling my service requests. They utilize safety protocols upon entering my home.
