Geek squad did an awesome job hooking up the sound bar under the tv that they hung on wall

I think they should have installed the wall mount. I did not realize that they came with the sound bar. This probably should have been an option. Otherwise all else was fine.

The agents were so efficient setting up and installing the TV and mounting the Soundbar.

The tech team showed up and did a good job reseting my sound bar. The reset didn't last long and there is no sound coming out of it. I don't want to pay another service fee for an expensive, crappy sound bar that I bought from best buy.

I imagine I could have hooked up everything myself; however, the Best Buy guys were there delivering the TV so I had the experts do it rather than taking 3x as long to do it myself. Very happy with their service.
