geek squad tech installed and made all connections and tested working in a proper condition

The tech hooked up my sound bar to the tv and allowed me to be able to hear it thru my headphones. Dave was extremely professional and personable.

Install my tv and did setup showed by me how to work it they were very helpful

The sound bar was an existing one for the previous television. The agent simply unplugged it and plugged it back in. It took about 1 minute and cost me about $50 for the “service.” The agent did plug it in well. The lower rating is because I think it was ridiculous to be charged so much for plugging in a device. I have had many excellent visits from Geek Squad prior to this one.
