Geeks quicky identified and corrected issues with my Home Theater system.

The agents looked at my soundbar and said it wouldn't work with my LG smart TV. So they would cancel the service call and my $90.00 would be refunded. That never happened. 5 minutes and they were gone. However, I'm still a customer, as a matter of fact I just booked another appointment for this Saturday because I still like and trust the service.

The agent was nice enough but didn’t perform a complete connection service, as he said he didn’t have the tools that Home Theater has in order to conceal the wires on my two surround speakers. So, the surround speakers were not connected. I didn’t get what I thought I purchased. Several plastic zip ties were snipped and removed from my wall mounted TV, but new ones were never reattached.

The geek squad did a great job hooking up the sound bar to the TV! Quick job and looked great!

The Geek Squad rep set up the audio quickly, and did it so I could control the sound level with my cable remote. Therefore, I don't need the soundbar remote except to control the bass level.
