The agents were very profesional & quickly installed my new TV & hooked up my new sound bar. Great job, awesome service, love it!

The agent was knowledgeable about how my system was configured. He made modifications which did help. However, my system apparently is not capable of providing system sound to my satisfaction.

They took care of everything for us, removed the old TV, mounted the new TV and hooked up the Cable and sound Bar. Showed us how to use the new TV. They were Great!

The sound bar was an existing one for the previous television. The agent simply unplugged it and plugged it back in. It took about 1 minute and cost me about $50 for the “service.” The agent did plug it in well. The lower rating is because I think it was ridiculous to be charged so much for plugging in a device. I have had many excellent visits from Geek Squad prior to this one.
