In home service team made appointment easy to set and provided timely follow up

I did not purchase the sound bar. Could not submit this without providing an overall rating or recommendation even though they don't apply for this item.

I bought a 85 Sony and wanted a 5.1 sound bar and really like Vizio sound system that has Atmos.

Agents came in and mounted TV and connected devices and made sure all worked. They took the time to make sure I knew how to work everything.

Excellent Customer Service and great work.outstanding knowledge and very quickly assessment of problem.

I moved into a new house with a multi room sound system, that didn't work. Charles from the Geek Squad, figured it out and got it working within an hour.

In home service was great for setup of my system it's worth it

We had to have the Geek Squad to set up our new receiver for our home theatre system. They quickly finished my setup that I couldn't figure out.

Great team. Very friendly. Installed new 65" LG with LG sound bar. connected existing cable and BluRay. All setup, including Netflix. These guys were excellent.

The technician was knowledgeable and had our sound bar, TV, and direct TV box quickly and efficiently.

Total Tech installed my TV, Mount, and Sound Bar. Really quick and easy and troubleshooting issues were handled quickly

I more than likely could have set the sound bar up but, why should I? I have their whole house service yearly and it's worth it.

The installer did a good job of connecting all the various components of the home theater system. I am still hoping for a follow-up consultation concerning accessing and adjusting component settings.

Geek Squad hooked up soundbar to my TV and had everything working in a short period of time, very professional and courteous

The agents switched my Bose sound bar setting from "Stereo" to "Surround Sound". This somewhat corrected the blurriness of the sound but now the bass resonates annoyingly. I was told there's no way to adjust. So it seems Im mostly dissatisfied with the sound bar.

They call to say when they are going to arrive, bring all the items with them. Set everything up, explain as they go along, answer questions, clean up, take all boxes etc. How can you beat that? Guys are great.
