The greek sq installers were very efficient and professional with their installation and knowledge. I only problem was getting another appointment to install my smart devices; lights, etc.

Geek squad does a nice installation with all there products. Nice, polite, very knowledgeable about there products.

Squad installed a sound bar but did not follow the installation instructions which stated 1, power up the sound bar 2, download the google app which they did not do , they told me I could download the app which I did and followed the promps in the app , the soundbar cut out and would not power up which precipitate a return visit , if the first crew had followed the instructions and downloaded the google app the problem would have been taken care of on the first visit

WE have had Geek Squad for many years now for our computers this is our first time using them for TV and Audio. As usual they we prompt and pleasant to work with and totally handled our installation professionally.
