    The sound system completes the setup for us. The Geek Squad set up everything with no hassle and were able to leave with us being completely satisfied with their handling of the new purchase .

    The agent hooked up our sound bar for us and assisted with showing us how to use it. Just not happy with the sound bar or TV - but Agent was great.

    The installation was good but the service fees are not clear. The store needs to educate their Sales people about Geeks services and charges.
