The two young gentlemen were very professional & fast with the hook up. Took time to answer all of our questions & made sure we were happy with the results.

Too many wires for me to move around. The cables are now neat behind theTVstand. Technician was great he was very helpful showing us how to use the many functions on the TV.

This was my first time using the Geek Squad, they came on time and did a wonderful job. Tech was very polite and professional. Cleaned up, zip tied wires making the area very neat.

Tech had problems had to replace unit. Second unit the same, called Samsung and they had me reset the bar. That took care of the problem

Had to require a 2nd tech to hook up head phones, which 1st Tech said they can't be hooked up. This review is for 2nd Tech that made everything right.
