    My 65 inch TV has a fabulous picture, but the sound bar kept cutting out so a geek came to install another one. The new one works okay but requires a remote other than the TV remote to come on. So, the sound is good, the picture is great. I just wish they would work together. Maybe there was something I should have done to make these work together. Wish someone had told me.

    The agents added an RF system to the Universal remote capability to assist with a challenging installation issue. Remote now works flawlessly.

    I just recently purchased a new Toshiba 65 in 4k tv and decided to include the audio setup package. The guys were top notch professionals, very friendly, curtious and knowledgeable.
