The installers were professional and explained how the sound bar worked.

Technician on time put on disposable shoe covers, wore his mask, was friendly and was knowledgeable about the work he did.

After moving, we needed you reset our AV system. We spoke to 2 high end stores including where we bought most of the equipment and Geek Squad did the job for 1/3 the cost.

Terrible service. I was sold wrong sound bar for my new tv. Had to go back to store and exchange. After 4 visits from Geek Squad the audio FINALLY matched without delay! Then I was billed $103.99 even though I paid installation fee and am a Total Member! Total rip off! Have tried to resolve and told 3 different times that someone would call me. Haven’t heard from anyone since last Wednesday. I had to cancel personal appointments for all the visits. Very frustrated and extremely upset with Best Buy and Geek Squad. Still waiting for a response.

Eric from Geek Squad was very professional, great technical knowledge plus great customer service.

They set it up well but didn't have time to teach me to make adjustments. I can figure out some of it myself, but would have like more instructions on the many features that were available.

The agents installed my disc changer with no problem. It is working fine.
