THE GEEK SQUAD CAME AND INSTALLED TV, SOUNDBAR, WALL BRACKET

My tv is connected to audio CD player, DVD player, Tape Deck, 8 Track deck, and my Yamaha receiver. All well hooked up and works great. I am in love with this set up!

Man was very clumsy always stepping on my wires and knocking down my Wi-Fi. He even disconnected my cable H DMI. He never hooked it backup. You also could have studied a little bit on the stereo he put in. He never did tell me what app I could use it on.

The Geek Squad did a good, fast job in installing my home theatre system. My only complaint is that some of the workers lacked interpersonal skills. But no big deal: I am pleased with the results.

We never used Geek Squad before for setup or install, but I'm glad we did. The guys were professional and very knowledgable. I would definitely use again.

I bought a new TV from BestBuy but was unable to get sound so I called Geek Squad. It was difficult to find out when the technician might come. Eventually he called to say he was on his way. He fixed the soundbar and it worked fine for a few days, but then it stopped and I am left with a silent TV.
