For the life of me I couldn't fix my entertainment center after direct tv messed it up , Best Buy sent me two men and they had it back up and running within an hour

the agents connected and installed tv to wall did great. It's still on the wall.

The Geek Squad hooked-up these new headphones that attach to my TV. Of course they are wireless, and have about a 40 foot range throughout my condo. Although I’ve only owned them for a month or so, they seem to be performing as advertised. The Geek Squad also addressed a couple of other items, which were fine. ALTHOUGH, I had to wait for about 3 weeks to get the Geek Squad out to my condo !!

Reason why I gave a tool star it because the soundbar is cutting in and out volume goes up-and-down.I am not satisfied with this product

The technicians install the audio did a fantastic job. Help me understand how to work my audio system. Would recommend them to all. And would use them again.

The new home theater system in our new setup provided no problems for these guys. They had to make it work on an older wall embedded speaker system.
