Non-customer service

Now, this isn't about the technician who finally came. This is about scheduling an appointment/ no show/no communication/ you're NOT ALLOWED to speak on the phone with a store manager?????/ only to wake up the next morning to find its been rescheduled for six days later, still eithout any communication from Best Buy. The customer service "chat" site and phone agents are a total joke. They can tell you nothing about why this is happening. HORRIBLE customer service,HORRIBLE communication....I will never recommend Best Buy.

Geek Squad great hang up job!

Didn't seem to know anything just read Instructio

He even disconnected my cable H DMI. He never hooked it backup. You also could have studied a little bit on the stereo he put in. He never did tell me what app I could use it on.

Tech support or pairing sound bar with cell phone
