The technician was very professional knew just what he was doing it seemed like to me I will use them again

We were very pleased with the installation and training provided by your representative. He was very thorough.

When discussing with the instore employee about mounting TV options, I mentioned I have an home audio system as well. He threw in that I needed to have the package that included hooking up that system. Since it was an existing system and the only wire (along with the HDMI and power cord) run through the wall pertaining to the speakers was the optical cable, I feel this service wasn't in fact necessary.

The technician arrived at the scheduled time and very knowledgeable on the type of equipment that needed to be installed.

Great job hooking up everything! Michael from the DeKalb store was able to find the Yamaha code that even Comcast could not provide!

Set up two TV's to audio surround sound with older components was great. Very courteous, took a couple of trips but all is working fine.

I bought the LG 4K player to go along with my LV TV. In the end these two fit together and work together really well and would recommend to others.

Sound bar worked great. My dad like the old dvr remote to control everything, so that’s what he uses.
