Excellent Product and install

Charged $103.99 AFTER paying installation fee.

After 4 visits from Geek Squad the audio FINALLY matched without delay! Then I was billed $103.99 even though I paid installation fee and am a Total Member! Total rip off! Have tried to resolve and told 3 different times that someone would call me. Haven’t heard from anyone since last Wednesday. I had to cancel personal appointments for all the visits. Very frustrated and extremely upset with Best Buy and Geek Squad. Still waiting for a response.
