My Geek guy figured out a Sonos issue quickly when everyone else was stumped. Michael should get a raise.

The 2 technicians who came to set us up were excellent and made sure we knew how everything worked. I will use them every time.

I'm not completely sure why, but the audio setup on this is tricky. Every time I turn on the system, I have to figure out how to get the sound on, voices in particular. It can be a bit frustrating since any and everyone who watches the TV in the home theater always has to call me in to configure the sound for Netflix, fire-stick etc... I'm not sure if it could have been different, but I wish it would have been different.

Knew exactly how to set up the record player and hook up the speakers. Then demonstrated how it worked and answered all questions.

My Sound bar does not connect to the voice control button on the remote. The technician had trouble as I remember and once they left the sound on the sound bar became disconnected and will not hook back up. Once in a while it will but once systems are turned off at night the sound bar is no longer connected through the remote.

The came and tried to ficpx my speaker but couldn’t. Suggested I return it.

The agents swapped out my tv and got the sound bar connected and programmed to the remote to control both together

Our newest TV is sopposedly the top of the tline Samsung 55 inch TV. But our old tv has much better viewing and clarity.
