    Purchased a universal remote. Agent did not inform me that it would affect my other tv in next room, because they were both Samsung. Prior to purchase I told agent I was thinking about changing cable companies, but he did not tell me it would be another $100 to reprogram the remote until after installed. Agent said to call his cell if I had questions. I called the next day, left a message, and he did not return my call.

    Lots of work setting up a 7 speaker zone 1 setup as well as 2 speakers in zone 2. Running MCACC Pro takes knowledge, and these techs knew their stuff.

    Finally a month after purchasing it is installed correctly. Days were mixed up and call center (hub) is horrible. Price was ok
