Train Geek Squad to treat customers with respect

I reached out for further assistance and was informed that Garrett was unavailable until November 3rd, so another technician, Matthew, was assigned. Matthew reached out via text to confirm the setup details, specifically mentioning the Apple TV. When he requested payment, I clarified that the service was still under warranty. After a few exchanges, Matthew accused me of fraud. I am very disappointed with this interaction and request that your team be trained to treat customers with respect. I am happy to share the text messages to the appropriate management team member.
