Geek Squad Should Do a More thorough Job

For the fee charged, they should have, but didn't, explain the complex operation of the sounder, involving WIFI connection, bluetooth connections, Alexa activation and more.

However a customer relations guy FINALLY got the Geek Squad to come and fix a minor problem that could not fix myself.
