He did a great job and fixed it in no time. If the original geek squad installers had done it correctly, this would not have been necessary (they had the plug from the DVD player to the sound bar put in upside down). So I paid for the same installation twice.

The man that came to install was very knowledgeable. He called and set up an arrive time and was here promptly. He showed me all I needed to know to operate it and did the install quickly and efficiently and could not have been more polite!

Chris did a Great Job, however a few days later we noticed mouths on t.v. were not matching sound. I had to return 3 HDMI cables that Chris did not use at the 119th Best Buy since I was in that area. I decided to discuss this problem with associates in the t.v. dept. & it was suggested I purchase a Carbon HDMI cable & could return if it didn't work. Appointment set up & David was are technician, however he thought it was our cable service? I then called Spectrum & they said there box was ok.?? David will be returning to calibrate Dec. We may have to return the sound bar or everything due to we did not have this problem with other Samsung that was hooked up to a Bose system with same cable box. Frustrated that problem can't be solved. All we wanted was a new t.v. We realize now the newer technology is faster & has more bells & whistles, but we don't even enjoy the new t.v. Seems as though is is only the cable channels, but we want to watch all of them without a speech delay. FRUSTRATED & NO REAL ANSWERS.

So glad I opted for the full service installation. JJ was excellent and made all the right recommendations plus set-up every app and function on the TV and soundbar. I'd definitely recommend it to others!

The Geek Squad Technicians were excellent. Very courteous, conscientious and through when setting up the system I love the Geek Squad I don’t know what I would do without them

I bought a new pioneer elite receiver and I did not want to mess with the surround sound speaker wires. The geek squad rep showed up on time, gave me a half an hour in advance notice, was efficient and kind and answered all my questions. Definitely worth paying the price and not having the hassle of installation and removal of my old receiver.

The Geek Squad is great. The two techs brought in all of the equipment. TV, Mount, sound bar and speakers. Unboxed all and started the process. When complete they picked up all of the packing and boxes and loaded on there truck for disposable. No mess. All of the controls and functions were explained. Very professional and helpful

Had a JBL soundbar put in by the Geek Squad (Matthew and Bruce). These two did an excellent job at making sure the system was working to my satisfaction. And I thank them for that.

They explained everything they were going to do and how everything is going . Evyn and Katie were very friendly and knew what they were doing. Because of the work they did and got the internet going the way I needed it. I will only have the Geek Squad come to my house when I have a problem.
