    The agents connected my new Bose sounder to my TV. For the fee charged, they should have, but didn't, explain the complex operation of the sounder, involving WIFI connection, bluetooth connections, Alexa activation and more.

    After all the problems getting an appointment (4th time was a charm) i was ready to call Consumer Affairs. However a customer relations guy FINALLY got the Geek Squad to come and fix a minor problem that could not fix myself.

    It is a Sonos One speaker, not a sound bar. Reviews were all good on performance of this speaker but I had to return it because two attempts by the Geek Squad to connect were unsuccessful.
