    We wish the geek person spent time to explain fully the functionality of the control. It seems he is in a hurry and did not give us pamphlet for the t.v.

    I am a loyal Best Buy customer. I left Nashville and relocated to Kansas City. I needed my Best Buy purchased home theater re-connected and set up. When the tech arrived, he immediately called for help to lift my 65" TV onto the stand. He complained the whole time. Help arrived in 5-10 minutes. The tech quickly connected the components but informed me that the speaker wires for the rear speakers were missing and he couldn't connect those. I asked if he could sell me some new ones and he abruptly said "NO". I told him I would run buy some at Nebraska Furniture Mart two blocks away if he could drill holes and run them under the floor like they did in Nashville. He said he didn't do that! I asked if he would have Geek Squad call me to get me some help. He mumbled "yeah". You can check the log, he was out of here in 30 minutes and that cost me $199. I still have not heard from anyone about hooking up my two rear speakers. Will you please have someone contact me? Thanks, Bill D.

    INSTALLATION OF SONOS ARC SOUNDBAR

    The Geek Squad representative who delivered the Arc sound bar spent about an hour chatting with Sonos technical support to sync the soundbar with our iPhones. We thought the installation would be much easier.

    I bought this soundbar and couldn't put it together and I returned it to best buy and got a new one and ask for install and there problem still 0ersisted,i had to call LG customer service and get the issue handles myself, then my soundbar was working fine

    It was recommended that we continue to use our sound bar to supplement the speakers in our new 65" tv. However, it does not automatically come on when we turn on the tv, so I have to get up and push the nearly invisible button to get the soundbar on to Aux.

    sound bar was not set up. They came out and said they could not find any studs in my wall and they also tried to tell me that my electric fire place vented up in the wall. I hired someone else and of course I myself checked and found the studs in the wall right where they should have been. So they didn't set up the TV on the wall nor did they set up the sound bars. I really got the feeling that they did not want to work

    Purchased a new LG sound bar from Best Buy and from day one after the Geek Squad installed it it hasn’t work right and now it in repair, who knows when I’ll get it back. Had no volume and I had to play around with the TV channels or turn the TV off and on.

    The installer set-up the sound bar, but didn't calibrate it for sound quality. We've made two more appointments to have it corrected and each time, the appointment is cancelled for no reason. At this point, I would like a refund of the installation fee. Really poor service.

    Make sure you need this. A lot of confusion on my last hook up. Wasn’t very happy, however I recommend this and geek squad

    The sound bar is ok. some what over priced. The TV sound is as good as the sound bar.I would consider a less expensive "bar" for just TV use.

    Getting appointment was an absolute disaster. They make an appointment, then verify it but fail to make it clear that you have to go on-line and do it all over again. Gave up. Instillation never got done.

    Sound bar does not connect consistently. I am very frustrated with this product. I love Bose products but this has been disastrous for me and my family. I am contemplating returning it for a different system.

    After a half dozen no shows and no calls, I finally got my working soundabar installed. Gentlemen who eventually came to my home were courteous and skillful. I made literally a dozen trips to store to rectify horrible situation. Missed days of work waiting for deliveries that never came. Phone system for customer service is the worst I’ve ever seen. Everyone I spoke to in store were as helpful as they could be but one department has no idea what the other is doing. The fact that their is no one answering phones in store led to my dozen plus trips. As a loyal customer since Best Buy opened, you really need to do better.

    This is a repeat of former comments: I find the SB useless. Unable to turn it on or get any response from the Remote device, which I charged. Please have some one call me to help me get it to work. PLEASE RESPOND!!
