    We were told that we would be contacted the day before the scheduled delivery to narrow the time. When we called to ask, we were told it needed to be rescheduled. On the day before the 2d scheduled delivery we were again not contacted & when we called to ask were again told it needed to be rescheduled . Neither time were we even notified that the delivery was canceled. We lost 2 days of work & could not afford to lose a 3d so canceled & made the $1,000.00 purchase somewhere else. Inexcusable- done with Best Buy.

    Geek squad told me they could not find studs where TV needed to go and asked me to get a smaller TV to put higher up. Third party guys were sent day after they were supposed to come out and they told me Geek squad was wrong that there are studs there but they needed full swing long armed brackets. I was told they would install the day of my party and this time Geek squad will come out. The home theater manager gave his personal extension but no one came and the manager could not be reached. I had worked the night shift but stayed up waiting. When the manager finally came to work when I called he couldn’t tell me why no one came. I finally went to sleep and had my guests waiting at my door.. all this messed up my party., my reputation with 30 some people who showed up that day for a party Done one had canceled my TV install order and now it has to be redone as I still need it installed. Ring Cameras were installed on 12/22-2019 with almost dead batteries which died the 2nd day of installation and I don’t have a charger

    Didn't set up surround sound correctly. Someone had to come back out to complete the job a second time

    The first team to install my sound bar failed to add the HDMI cable in addition to the optical cable. The optical cable provides more certain, high fidelity sound, but the HDMI connection is also necessary to program remote wireless speakers for Surround Sound. Without that basic connection, I could not connect the wireless surround sound speakers and did not know why. A second team understood all this and corrected the basic set up.

    I have Total Connect, soubdbar was originally sched for install 1/7/23. I received a text appt was changed to 1/11/23, scheduled between 11 and 2pm. By 3:30, nobody showed up, i called and was told they are running behind but will be here soon and tech would call within 20 minutes. Nobody showed and i called again at 6:30. I wss told tech running late but was promised they would call me on their way and be here by 8pm. Again NOBODY SHOWED AND NOBODY CALLED ME ALL DAY! I am very disappointed and upset that I was not given the courtesy of a phone call. I will not recommend Total Tech to anyone, as their "service: is totally unacceptable.

    long bar mounted right under t/v cannot adjust didnt get the geek squad,wish i had!!!!

    I will never use geek squad for tv/home theater installs. As soon as they arrived, they just started saying “we can’t do that” over and over. And I had basic requests. Got a local company to do it instead. They did a better job for less money.

    I am very upset that the Polk sound bar is not compatible with the Samsung tv. Installer was no help. Just walked away.

    Geek Squad has good, bad, and ugly. Sometimes they are super nice and polite, but also have had uncaring, rush- job staff and have needed for them to come out to the house again to answer questions about products I purchased from Best Buy. Am about to give up on them for good. Only reason I continue to shop there is convenience. Otherwise, they are pretty mediocre regarding service.

    Solved the on/off problem with the Sony OLED and BOSE Soundbar but still could not get the BOSE bass module to calibrate.

    Although the contract company arrived within the time window....They were not very professional, helpful or representative of normal BEST BUY contractors. They took off my old sound bar from the wall and mounted the new one before handing the TV. Once the TV was mounted, the sound bar was not centered so they had to now move it leaving a big hole in the wall from their original mounting??? Once everything was "set up" it was almost a bother for the contractor to go through the features (which we only did the minimum basics) and told me to use my FIOS remote just like with my old TV....NOT THE CASE! I am sorry I tipped both of them and WILL NOT EVER LET THEM INSTALL ANYTHING IN MY OUSE AGAIN! RATING F MINUS
