    Horrible! They obviously didn’t know what they were doing. They installed the electrical box inside my wall but WAY off center. The first thing you see when you walk into my living room is the box. It’s not just peeking. It’s out there!! When I slid the tv over to try to cover it. It’s WAY off center on the wall. It’s infuriating. I tried getting this resolved and they totally blew me off. Unprofessional customer service. Never again will I shop at Best Buy!!

    Been here twice. Fixed for 1 day only both times. Called back again and tech said nothing he could do and he is not coming back. What kind of service is this?I paid 2100.00 for this sound bar- not a cheap one. I was replacing my Bose system.Would like a follow up by someone in charge.

    Nothing was done reason old receiver/ no HDMI

    The agent couldn't do anything because my receiver was to old. It didn't have hdmi. Needed to purchase a new receiver. The tech departed. Need to get a refund for the geek squad service that wasn't done to my account under 2025777877 - thank u in advance.

    Job not complete technician has to come back on Ju

    Jobs was not done. Once technician left turn the TV back on everything was not fixed have a new date for July 29th have not got the confirmation yet I had to call the 1-800 number to set this up I'm on vacation right now won't be back till July 28th

    sound bar was installed behind the tv sony a9g sits flat and sound bar takes away the bottom two inches of the tv .this sound bar was recommended on the web site and by the sales associate.. [george] in the process of correcting this problem

    I got this cause I have hearing loss. In the store it was extremely loud. When they installed it, it’s not any louder than the speakers on the TV. I have to turn the volume up to 50 to hear it.

    Not very good at all the bass is gone and I tried numerous times to connect it and sounds terrible. Best Buy would not even help me out I payed top dollar

    It took 2.5 hours. Not much product knowledge.

    The installer was a contract employee (not Geek Squad). He very much was lacking product knowledge. From this point on I am insisting on a real Geek Squad employee for any work I need as they are professional and very knowledgable.

    Theagents were good mounted everything and made sure it was working correct but BestBuy rescheduled my appointment three times at the last minute .

    The Geek Squad never showed up for any of the appointments I made and I am astounded that you had the nerve to charge my credit card for a job that you never did. I took two days off work and waited and waited, but no one ever showed up and your inept scheduling system provided no quality information when I phoned your customer service department repeatedly. I lost wages, still do not have my receiver installed in a system you guys created AND you erroneously charged my credit card!

    Clear difference between Subs & Geek Squad.

    Contractor had to finish installing since they got there after the Geek Squad Mounted but not fully connected. Moved another system and just stuffed wires. Very sloppy. The Geek Squad better team.

    I have to wait 30 to 60 seconds for the volume to come on with this sound bar and that is ridiculous the tech that was here just it was just because, unacceptable.
