Took 3 times to set up my TV

Cannot get a hold of anybody, terrible service

Horrible agents

Had 2 installs of new lg screen tvs

No audio setup was done or needed

Tech. knowlege of equipment

No audio set required.

The Salesman sold the me the Audio setup package just in case it was needed. There was no audio setup required, and I was told that the audio setup charge would be rebated.

Worst Service in 25+ years

We paid for the new upgrade for Total tech support. After 25+ years using Best Buy, it was the worst service we have ever received.
