Had to integrate a Zumo box into a tv using Sonos technology. It was seamless integration and works perfectly. Cannot have not imagined how wonderful it turned out. Had no familiarity with any of the equipment and had no chance of getting it to work. The service was worth the price saving the cost to replace the equipment. Glad to have pursued this through Best Buy!

Tyler got my new Sony Bravia installed above my fireplace on a cool new mounting bracket and hooked up a new Sonos Arc Sound Bar and my Sonos Sub. WOW I am blown away.

The sound quality is great. Playing music that is offered thru comcast has a rich sound. Movie watch is best using this sound bar

Could not have been better! The installer was great, and I had another person come back to show me how to do a few things I had forgotten. A+++ for both.

The technicians who set up my sound bar did an excellent job. Maalik S. did a great job explaining it to me. I do have one suggestion. The second technician who set up the subwoofer should have asked me if the location he used was acceptable. I was not brought into the decision-making of where to place it. That's minor thing to me but the location should have been discussed. However, it won't detract from my excellent rating.

The Geek team was great Knowledgeable guys and worked fast and efficient I liked buying the yearly service because I had a lot of electronics that needed to be installed over a years period and became a great value for me Proffionally installed items makes a big difference

I volunteered to help with the one wire that connected the back speakers was told that, if you pay for a service, you shouldn't have to help. It was a great experience!

The Roku - Stream Sound bar is a Powerful 4K Streaming Media Player that will easily upgrade any TV with powerful streaming and premium sound. The Geek Squad installed my sound bar quick and efferently, nice job.

I Actually hooked up my sound bar and back speakers. I felt good knowing that I did it correctly. Plus, they helped me hook up the media box we have. So it's always nice to have a tech savy person help.

The tech who setup my service deserves a raise. He was efficient and courteous and knowledgeable everything that is sorely lacking from customer services these days. I wish I could remember his name, but they know who serviced me.
