I can say that the two people who came to my house to hook up my new receiver understood what I wanted and how I wanted it to work. I had some special requests and they understood what I wanted and with a little hookup trial and error got everything working great and just how I wanted it to operate. Great employees.

Great service and skilled techs! We’d recommend this service to anyone not fluid in the newer technologies constantly changing if you are limited with time, patience and knowledge.

The agents came when they said they would, 8:30 am, they quickly set up their ladder, ran wires to the attic through the wall, mounted four ceiling speakers, rewired my receiver, and tested the system. They were done by noon. It all works and it sounds great. They did an excellent job.

The sound quality is great. Playing music that is offered thru comcast has a rich sound. Movie watch is best using this sound bar

I was lucky. I had a great tech. He couldn’t do much with that Bose Bluetooth system I had but because he was so good at what he was doing I had him come back to put in my new wired system. It sounds great and I’m very pleased. He did a great job because he had a good system to work with.

The technician was polite and professional. He was able to set up our new soundbar. He explained to me what all he had to do in case I would need to resolve any future issues with the TV, the firestick or the soundbar.

The geek squad was very knowledgeable, They made sure they hooked up the system to insure the best quality for our situation. They were very patient in explaining how in the future we could get better quality. For example when we can get higher speed internet.

Alex came on 7/18/24 to reset the soundbar. The cable had become detached from when the first tech connected it to the tv in May. He also explained the remote and sound bar settings. I did not know where all of the control buttons were and I had shut off the bar by picking it up to dust, not realizing that I was accidentally shutting it off.

Great sound at inexpensive price point. Get a big bang for you dollar.

Most recently (December 29, 2021) we had an appointment to install a Samsung Soundbar and a Brother all in one printer. Our visiting Geek Tech Squad member (Edwin Depena) arrived in a timely manner. He was FRIENDLY caring and KNOWLEDEABLE I would personally like you to “thank” him on our behalf. Edwin is a TRUE, thorough DEDICATED professional, EXTREMELY knowledgeable.
