Please give us a call at 1-800-GEEKSQUAD (1-800-433-5778) to see if we can re-schedule an Agent to come back out to double check that work for you. Alternatively, if the sound bar was bought within the past 15 days (30 or 45 if you are a My Best Buy Elite or Elite Plus customer, respectively) you can bring it back into a store for a refund or exchange.
