Originally we bought a Samsung sound bar, when the geek squad associate installed it, the rear speakers didn’t work. He offered to go to Best Buy and pick up a visio sound bar, came back and installed it. He was very nice and made sure we were satisfied with the equipment,

the agent came out and explain what the issue was with the compatibility between my soundbar and older TV. we were able to make if=t function properly without buying a new TV.

The Geek Squad tested speakers and receiver to see what device was not working properly. They determined it was the receiver so we decided to keep the newly purchased JBL sound bar connected. We are happy with the service and our purchase of Samsung tv and JBL sound bar.

My Geek was extremely knowledgeable on setting up the sound bar - I bought a LG TV & then bought a LG sound bar - I was extremely comfortable with the Geek setup person - he explained the setup as he went on & even programmed my remotes from 3 to 1 - What a difference it made in viewing!

The agent installed my speakers and gave me directions on how to proceed after the speaker hook up. He was also very helpful with observing when order was placed with the phone representative, it was totally wrong and would have been costly to me. I also explained to him the phone representative said I would not be charged for the installation of the speakers. He communicated with his supervisor on my behalf explaining the series of errors with the order and previous phone conversation with the phone rep while setting up the order. I was very satisfied with the outcome and appreciated his patience and understanding in this matter. I was pleased with the manner in which he handled the problem as well as his efficiency in the set up.

the sound bar was purchased with the Samsung TV that stopped working after 2 days. The Geek Squad re-instaled it along with my new LG TV.....excellent sound!

Sound bar was installed easily. Sound is good in a large room. Hardly notice it installed under the television.

They showed up when they said they would, BUT they had the same problem we had. The sound bar would not work with the TV. It was determined that the sound bar was defective or the TV was . Replaced the SB, didn't fix it Replaced the TV still doesn't work. received additional set up information from salesman, so far can't get the SB to work? Guess I go back a 4th time to see what to do now. THIS IS TURNING INTO A JOKE. NOT HAPPY WITH EITHER PRODUCT!

The techs hooked up a new sound bar to an older model TV from the same manufacturer. They had to trouble shoot some connectivity issues to make it work, but were successful and it performs beautifully.

The agents measured everything before mounting and ensured it was what we wanted. Excellent work

Two separate teams both great! Chris and his partner, Sean and Jelly over two visits did an amazing job setting up our new TV system, troubleshooting all aspects and answering our questions very clearly.

The agent did a thorough inspection of the product and the installation. Apparently it was defective as he could not get the remote to interface with the soundbar. Item returned to store.

The difficulty was only connecting the wires. Turning up the volume of the sound bar !!!!!

the service was good. The ending result was no. Had them out for the rear speakers and the got them working. Later when went to watch a program the rear speakers were not working. Called them back out on a redo and the said that I had to be on 5.1 or better. That made sense. Later I went to watch a movie on 5.1 and no rear speakers. Had the volume up also on the rears. Spend a lot of money to not be very happy with my system. I expected surround of Bose quality and it just doesn't seem to work for the remote rears.
