The tech who setup my service deserves a raise. He was efficient and courteous and knowledgeable everything that is sorely lacking from customer services these days. I wish I could remember his name, but they know who serviced me.

The agents delivered and setup TV, Sound Bar, Blu-ray. Very professional. They called with time of arrival and receive text also. They cleaned up as they unpacked. They answered our questions. Good job.

My tv became disconnected from the cable. Once connected the sub woofer would not activate. The tech was unable to fix the issue and recommended that I purchase another sound bar. I was not charged. I replaced the sound bar and also purchased rear speakers which have added a new demension to the sound.

SUPER! We have a 2-year plan with the Samsung QN90C TV we bought from Best Buy. We called because the Samsung soundbar we got from BB wasn't pairing well. BUT it did pair. Tyson, from the Geek Squad, spent 5 minutes here. Didn't need to do much. Just checked things, which was fine. He CANCELED the appointment. It was VERY MUCH appreciated. A BIG THANKS for the honesty of the Geek Squad.

The Geek Squad sound bar specialist did an outstanding job installing the add-on purchase of a sound bar for our new TV from Best Buy. This perfectly installed sound bar enhanced the TV sound exponentially.

Arrived when scheduled and actually accomodated need for minor time adjustment. Everything was installed as we hoped (SONOS bar is upside down however, but not a big deal). Clean and courteous techs who took the time to program everything as well as provide a lesson for use.

We have continued to pay for Tech Support and we are so glad we did. We recently purchased a new TV. Since we had this service, they came before delivery to ensure we had the right TV mount and set up. Then they came back and installed the new TV and connected it to our Sonos sound system and hauled away the old TV. Having the Tech Support saved us several hundred dollars. It more than covered the cost of the service. I recommend this service if you have several electronics that will need servicing or installations.

Most recently (December 29, 2021) we had an appointment to install a Samsung Soundbar and a Brother all in one printer. Our visiting Geek Tech Squad member (Edwin Depena) arrived in a timely manner. He was FRIENDLY caring and KNOWLEDEABLE I would personally like you to “thank” him on our behalf.
Edwin is a TRUE, thorough DEDICATED professional, EXTREMELY knowledgeable. He provided us comfort through our entire installation.

The geek squad do excellent work and this was no exception. The guys were very professional, explained what the had done. There work is always outstanding no wires showing at all. I have used this service in the past and will continue to use them. Great job by these guys.

Our recent Geek Squad experience was superior. It was well worth it to have a very knowledgeable technician take care of installation of our new sound bar. He answered all our questions and demonstrated the features of the product. Very satisfied!

The agents came when they said they would, 8:30 am, they quickly set up their ladder, ran wires to the attic through the wall, mounted four ceiling speakers, rewired my receiver, and tested the system. They were done by noon. It all works and it sounds great. They did an excellent job.
