The Geeks did a great job setting up my 55 inch TV, Bose 700 soundbar and 700 subwoofer and full motion wall bracket. They hid the wires with an outlet kit. They knew what they were doing and did a professional and neat job.

the agent was patient, professional and took time to explain nuances of the install and operation of the sound bar. He was responsive to questions by myself and my wife.
Installation was great but the finish not-so-much!

The installation went fine. The rear surround sound speakers do not seem to work. The wifi was not connected to my smart phone and the functions were not explained on the remote or the lights in front of the soundbar. They just seemed to be in a hurry.

All of the Home Theater installation people are wonderful. It was Ludwig that installed my Sound Bar. Knowledgeable, friendly, cleaned up after himself and made sure I knew exactly how it works.

Never being able to get a speaker balance that was good for my hearing the Techie knew just what was needed. He taught me how to accomplish it with my existing and ample receiver. Now I enjoy music as well as the 5:1 sound I'd been missing. Well worth it.

This was not a soundbar set call it was why doesn't the new Samsung Q85 TV not recognized the existing Samsung soundbar on the HDMI port? The technicians were very knowledgeable and friendly. They were unable to diagnose the TV's issue but stated they had seen the issue before. They explained the only option was to connect the soundbar using the digital optical output. The new connection is working satisfactorily. I do not understand why the TV's HDMI port was not working. I recommend the Geek Squad.

The team that connected my new TV to my surround sound and performed all the necessary adjustments within the setup process did a great job. They were quick and efficient. They didn't leave until I was satisfied with the setup and they were happy to answer any questions I had. Nice job!

The sound bar was working excellently, but I don't feel I'm getting its full benefit. Need a bit more instruction. The upgrade to smart technology is all new to me.
