This service is great especially if you can’t fit your new tv into your car. And they set it up for you too and remove your old one and all of the packaging.

The technician who recently installed a Tablo recording device and a DVD player did a great job. He wasn't familiar with the Tablo unit, but knew who to call for the information he needed to set up the unit. He made sure I knew how to operate the Tablo before he left.

The Geek Squad set a Harmony Elite Remote and Sonos speakers into my existing system. The guys were professional, nice and got the work done quickly. Explained how the new equipment works and made sure every component worked with it.

We had a 2 item install that day, replacement of wall mount and sound bar install. I did over hear the tech stating one screw on the sound bar didn’t match up so he left it out! Coming off of shoulder surgery, the wife helped me and we were able to line it up without much difficulty and installed the missing screw. , overall they were on time and professional.

The soundbar was connected to our TV quickly and they were able to have it controlled by the TV remote to make it easier for us. Kudos to agents Dustin and Justin!

I could swear I did this already, ages ago, when I knew the names of the young men who helped install my soundbar and fiddled around with all my remotes and made my life easier . They were polite, knowledgeable, and I'm sorry I no longer recall their names.

Somehow our soundbar stopped working from the remote to the TV. We tried to use the remote to reconnect but we are not very savy with technical things. The connected again and showed me how to do it on my own, if it quit working again.

The agents arrived in a timely manner, were professional, kind, installed the TV Wall Mount, installed the Sound Bar, Woofer speaker, installed a new electrical box to accommodate my wiring needs. I'm very pleased with their work!

Techs are always great and have the skills to correctly hook up my 7.1 surround sound system. I didn’t have the skill to get it right but after tech support hooked up my sounds are knocking pictures off the wall!

If you are referring to Michael Ivy, I would award this man 13 stars. Instead of installing a new sound bar and TV, he fixed our old one -- which is what I wanted done in the first place. THEN he volunteered to follow up to be sure we received a refund. Way, way beyond what we expected!!

The Geeks were very professional. Arrived with masks, gloves and shoe covers. Replaced 1 TV,, replaced remotes and hooked the surround systems. Very professional and knowledgeable. We have had them back since then.

These guys are great. they installed my sound bar in mins.

Even though I opted out of having my old surround sound connected the geeks helped me connect my sound bar. Gracious and informative geeks. Great sound for movies with a Vizio sound bar which is quite inexpensive.

Two technicians arrived on time and went right to work. In about 30minutes, they had the sound bar working well. They adjusted the sound for the room environment and answered all of our questions.

The two men that set up my home stero system wee nice and efficient. It's wonderfull to have professionals take care of my electronic needs and set ups so that everything is done properly. My home surround sound sounds terrific .

The technician gave me a quick update on use of sound bar and discovered woofer was not connected to Wi-Fi. He reconnected the speaker and the system is now working great.

The agents were skilled and completed the set up. They asked me if I was satisfied and offered to assist in the future. Although I wasn't able to catch up with Kyle, he did offer to help if I needed him.
