Sound bar installation and tv check. Robert was the Geek Squad rep. He knows tons!! Has installed both of my flat screen tv's and the wall mounts. On time, polite, patient, and a great Geek Squad employee.

The Geek Squad installed my Samsung soundboard with ease and thoroughly explained all features. I highly recommend Geek Squad for all installations.

Although I tried to do this myself I did not succeed. In home serup was done quickly and took me from 3 remotes to 1.

The agents completed the installation of my 55” TV and sound bar perfectly. Certainly eliminated the headache of doing it ourselves.

The fellow that came did a great job hooking up my soundbar and explaining operations. He synced everything to my comcast remote which was so helpful.

I had never used a sound bar prior to this purchase. I love the sound.

Didn't detail the various options on sound. Sound bar has delay in voice in some settings compared to video. Certain settings better for music. No manual. No information online.

Installed new sound bar. So far no problems. Old sound bar gave me many problems. Paid a lot for it also

Technician was great. Very patient in explaining & demonstrating how to use all of my systems, not I’m gonna remember everything but I got a go start. He even Sketched it out for me.

The tech was EXCEPTIONAL in his knowledge, made sure we understood how to operate the TV and Soundbar and explained in simple language what our product will do. GREAT GUY!

The guys that came to hook this up were great - very knowledgeable and shared some great tips for using the stuff they were installing.

Well where would I start? After purchasing a 100" Samsung and their best soundbar I was told soundbar will need to be picked up by me, or it will be returned, 76 miles round trip, by me. Installation team was a "no-show, no-call,no-refund"!!!!!?? At the time of writing this, I'm preparing to drive to get refund owed to me. I'm contacting Best Buy and Samsung corporate as well as the Better Business Bureau. Geek squad management not not only dropped the ball they lost it, not sure they even realize they are on a team. Oh there's no way to contact the store by phone. I pretty sure I know why!!!!

This Soundbar has such an amazing sound as I've heard. Invest in the Geeks!!!

The tech, Josh, was on time, very knowlegable and patient in helping me understand how to use the various parts of the system. He took time to explain what and why he was doing different things. I appreciated his checking out that every thing worked correctly.

The Geek Squad agent who installed my system was excellent. Showed me how to use the system. I would highly recommend him.

My two guys set up my audio system and it sounds awesome! When any action scenes come on, I feel like I'm right there in the movie. My surround sound system never sounded like this before. 5 stars guys and thanks.....

I upgraded from a DefTech pro 800 center chanel to a DefTech 1080 they swapped them out gave me a detailed break down of what to expect, quick and easy.
