the first guy that came out did not hook up everything properly, not to mention I couldn't close my door due to the receiver. The second guy that came out was awesome, and he actually hooked everything up so I now have true surround sound.

The technician was on time, efficient, knowledgeable and professional. He was exceptional in every aspect of installation and customer information.

The Geeksquad techs installed our new gear quickly and it works fine.

Everything was good about them installing but I am still having issues using my volume with My T.V. controller!!!! It mutes and volume won’t go up or down, I want to use only one controller and yes I am still learning my new T.V. which is much advanced of course than my older model T.V. It would have been a complete & better service if they showed me how to use & program the remote with all these features it has... I don’t enjoy as much as I should be.. I adjusted a lot of things like color, picture, volume mode etc ..... I will recommend Geek Squad I’ve always had a great experience unfortunately not all workers do the same job or give the same services all the time.

They came in and set up everything, explained everything very happy with it all completed. They were. professional and I could not done it without them and I would not hesitate to call and have them come back for anything else I need done.

My TV and sound bar was connected quickly. The technician orientated me on how to use both of the remote for my TV and sound bar. The technician was kind and knowledgeable!

This soundbar is of extremely high quality and very reasonably priced. The sound quality is as good as the very expensive sound bar we have in our other family room.

Really excellent sound quality to go with our new TV. Feels like we can still enjoy "big" movie effects! Geek Squad was super helpful, efficient, capable, friendly, and respectful as always.

Good sound for the money. The only thing I would change is the volume numbers are too small to read from 15 feet away.

Geeksquad did a great job setting everything up for me. They were fast and very friendly. Definitely recommend the service! The only problem was with the Sonos app itself. I already had an account for some older sonos speakers that don't work with the new app, so I had to create an entirely new account with a new email for these new speakers. A big pain to log in and out to operate different speakers from the app.

The technician repaired my sound bar and got it running correctly, and he was very professional!

It was great. It was easy to install. Plus the Tech was able to help me with some headphones for another TV.

There was some confusion as to what they were supposed to do when they delivered my floor speakers, but they not only delivered, but set up and equilibrated my sound system. My home theater sounds great!

THE BESTBUY TEAM THAT SET MY TV UP ON THE WALL MOUNT ALSO CONNECTING IT TO MY SOUND BAR AND DVD DVD PLAYER WAS PERFECT. I WAS COMPLETELY SATISFIED WITH THERE WORK.

I purchased the soundbar set up but had to cancel the service because I returned the soundbar. I decided not to replace my original soundbar.
