The agents quickly installed a wireless headphone set on my Smart TV and explained how to recharge and operate settings.

I was in desperate need of a tv so I went to best buy to find one. I found a tv and it works perfectly. I asked for suggestions because I do t know most of the brands. I was pointed towZrds an Insignia brand. This is a fire tv and works similar to my last Roku tv. I then arranged to have it delivered, set up and my old tv was taken out of the house. Then the two gentle men showed me how to run the tv. The color of the picture are great. The picture is clear.

I wish I could do what these guys do. I'm pretty good at electronics, but they are so much better at evaluating where to place and how to connect a sound system that it's not even worth trying all that myself. Definitely worth the money.

A representative from Best Buy's Geek Squad connected the sound bar to my TV and had it working seamlessly in no time at all!

The technician that set up our soundbar was fantastic. I have come across many technicians over our 77 years but this man was very efficient, respectful, courteous, professional, and made sure we knew how to operate the soundbar before leaving. He even said we could contact him if we had any problems! Now That's Customer Service!

This soundbar keeps me at home and away from movie theaters. Sometimes it even “shocks” it sounds so close.

You get more than a basic setup! The service is great! They were knowledgeable and the install looked awesome. All the wires were hidden and my surround sound sounded awesome! They even gave me a display of what my system can do.

Sound is great--better than expected. Just wish the picture and sound were synchronized all the time.

Jim set up our new sound bar and had to come back because sound bar had to be returned because it was not working. Then he had to come back and set up new one he was very helpful with all my questions.Hw made sure very was hooked up and working be he left

They mounted hooked up my new sound bar ,is great stereo now , were friendly ,I paid geek squad ,to install is a new service they offer ,I like it . Compete with online
