The Geek Squad is the only way to go when you need in-house help. They were professional, on time, extremely knowledgeable and very helpful in training me on my new TV and sound bar.

The original sound bar did not work but another one was ordered and Jose from the geek squad brought it and set it up

The man was patient and understanding with me. I did not hear him call my phone because it was charging in another room. He came back later to install. I will say, though, that he was reluctant to move all the equipment where it should be because it meant taking the straps off the wires that were already there, and restrapping them. Eventually, he decided to do it because there was no other way around it. He did not show us how to work the remote.

Colin, Caitlin (sp:?) & Doug were awesome! I would give them 10 stars if possible. They were prompt, personal, professional and thorough. They answered all my questions and put me at ease. I was really impressed with their knowledge and helpfulness.

The guys did exceptional work. And there was one glitch and when I called them they rushed back and fixed it.

The Bose Sound Bar ended up not being installed and was returned. Our current system is just as good as the one we purchased (per the installers).

Geek Squad successfully installed our opti-cable and EDMI cable as we requested. They were on-time and efficient. We were kept apprised of their ETA.

I bought my dream system Sony 75` TV, cabinet, & surround sound system, Sony DVD playyer spending over 6.000.00 on it! I have had the Geek squad out to my house 8 times as the D.T. surround system rear speakers will not stay linked to the system and has to be linked by a G.S. tec. I have had to buy service contracts on all my components to cover the fees. All The Geek Squad tec`s have been Great it is just time consuming to have to have this many service call and I know this will have to continue! The speakers themselves sound awesome they just will not stay linked. TV is 4K and perfect! As well as the Sony DVD player!

The technicians connected my new TV to my existing sound system. Everything was done correctly.

I purchased the soundbar set up but had to cancel the service because I returned the soundbar. I decided not to replace my original soundbar.

I purchased the sound bar connect to hook up my new av-reciver to my new 75" tv. After they install the tv mount it on the wall ran the HDMI to our system they went over how to turn on my new gear. The set up was that easy made sure that after they left I knew how to turn it on use the products and best overall went over it a few times just to make sure I understood the new equipment that I now have in my family room. We did a room calibration test for my 5.2 home theater and I was very excited to be able to watch movies and game on our new home theater.

Jay was able to check out the New TV set up with the soundbar working, dvd player and put all the devices on 1 remote. Now our life is simple. Yeah! Thanks, Jay.

The agents correctly installed all of the equipment we ordered, and they also patiently explained to us how to use each component. It was a very satisfying installation.
