The other natal led was wonderful. He set up the sound bar and made sure everything was connected with the television remote. Very pleased with the service.

Paul the service agent installed the sound bar quickly. My only complaint is the instructions from Samsung were VERY limited and it took quite a while for me to get the sound adjusted. I'm not sure it is. Is it possible to have a service agent come to my home to check this??

We had never used the Geek Squad for any problems previously, but we certainly will in the future. Logan called to advise of his arrival time, was prompt, courteous and efficient. He asked us questions about how we wanted things to operate in the media room as he was installing the new sound bar and made suggestions about the remote we were also purchasing to make sure we bought the one that would work best for us. Once he was assured that everything was working correctly, he then "trained" us on the new remote, making sure we knew how to use it, since it replaced several other remotes. He even took the old receiver for disposal for us. It was a great experience and one we would surely use again.

Geek squad installed new Sonos system - great job, efficient, and knowledgeable. The sound system was tailored to the room with the Sonos app with easy instructions from installers.
