He was the one of the best service representative I have ever had in my house. He knew or looked up how to hook up the sound bar with the smart TV and the Xfinity box, along with programming the remote control to open all by pressing one bottom. I wish I could ask for Jorge every time i need the Geek Squad.

Most excellent service, on time and quick install

Sound Bar installation

My only complaint is the instructions from Samsung were VERY limited and it took quite a while for me to get the sound adjusted. I'm not sure it is. Is it possible to have a service agent come to my home to check this??
