There is no way I would have been able to install and connect my new home theater system myself. The Geek Squad came in and did an excellent (and quick ) job, and made it look easy. And I have not had any issues whatsoever with the system since. I don't know why anyone would choose to install a complicated system themselves, and not have the Geek Squad do it, particularly given the relatively inexpensive cost associated with the service. What I paid was well worth not having the aggravation I know I would have experienced had I chosen to tackle the installation myself . . . .

Geek squad technician is very knowledgeable of product. His understandable of my needs and communicate very professional.

Nice people with good knowledge of product. Nut still had issues when setting this product up. Were great with their cleanup but could not fine the remote to this product after they left. Nice that they had put an app on my phone which helped but menable instructions about how to use it.

Had connection of sound system completed and balanced in no time. Showed all aspects of the different sound quality’s of system

the agents set up all of the TVs and reprogrammed the remotes as requested. They were clean and respectful. easy to work with

The technicians that came had some difficulty finding the issue that had occurred with our soundbar, but they reset the entire system including the television until they ultimately found that the HDMI cable had gone bad. That fixed the problem and now everything is working perfectly. I wouldn't have thought of that issue as the cables were only about 6 months old and didn't realize they can fail they quickly.

If I could give 10 stars, I would. Can’t say enough about Zachary and Michael. They were such a big help sorting out my sound bar conundrum. The cables behind the tv were all jumbled up so they took the whole thing down and sorted it out for me. Then they organized the cables in a neat organized way. They also helped my log in to my tv so I could download apps. I am so impressed with the service I received from Zachary & Michael. Geek Squad is the best!

The agents were able to get my audio set up, but a minor error was using an outlet that is connected to a wall switch so if that switch was off, the audio did not work. The switch was on when they set it up so I didn't realize this until a few days later and was initially confused as to why my surround sound speakers only worked periodically. A new agent was sent out to trouble shoot the issue, but he wasn't experienced enough to determine the problem rather a friend was able to figure it out. Good job on the initial set up, but not so great for the agent who was sent out to troubleshoot the error.
