Geek squad rocks on all there installs wish I could keep them instead of the manuals

The Geek Squad rep reassembled my theater in my home in no time at all. He also installed a new fire stick which works great.

I had 4 remotes with my last tv and home theater. My wife had enough of my shenanigans with remotes. She demanded the Geeks set up our audio and get everything into one comprehensive remote. This is something I have been unable to do for over a decade! I can do many things but mastering remotes is not in my wheelhouse! Thanks to the Geek Squad there is a balance in the force once again and my house is peaceful! Until the next time I forget to do something! Bottom line, the wife was right why mess with it when I can have the geeks do it for me! lol Thanks Geek Squad!!!!!!!

Love this. So many options to get the sound you want for different tv shows ands playing music.

The agents who connected this soundbar were excellent - very professional, but also very personable. Answers my many questions - I wear hearing aids and wanted to know if this would help me hear dialog over the background music/noises. They assured me it had a dedicated speaker and it would. These two were so great they deserve a free pizza from their boss!!

Jason, the gentleman who provided me excellent rechnical expertise in helping me set up my girlfriend’s stereo was one of the nicest people that I have been lucky to meet. He was friendly and very professional. His kind and caring service truly made the time go by pretty fast. I’ve encountered a lot of different types of technicians and home service repair people, but he certainly ranks as the best one that I have encountered. When I need someone to help me with any of the new “toys” that I buy from Best Buy, I will certainly request that he be sent to assist me. He’s one of a kind !

It was an easy set up...The salesman at Best Buy told us that getting a Sound Bar would enable us to have volume control and access to the mute button on remote. Not True...did not do either.

Installer was pleasant and informative. i would not hesitate to use again.

These guys just plain old rock. My first time owning a legitimate AV system based home theater so I wanted it installed professionally, Corey was answering questions I didn’t even know I had all the while being neat and mindful of cable management and placement. I used them previously to mount my tv and was impressed enough to return, even if you know what you’re doing it’s just nice to pay the cost of convenience and in this situation it’s been extremely valuable to me far greater than the cost.
