Tech came by, did the installation, 2 weeks later the system stops working, had issue with volume if goes over 60%, system shuts off. went back to best buy and requested to have the tech come by again and look at the system. Best buy recommended to buy a better system (AVR), bought Onkyo RZ830. tech came installed it, did the configuration, system working super good. Tech said best buy will refund you the money you paid first time you request the set up for inconvenient. I'm still waiting for the refund.

I had a lot of problems with the sound bar. The Geek squad came out several times, but it was working properly when they were here. They were very professional and check everything out. They came back and replaced the sound bar. Been working fine.

The agent, Angelo, quickly found a problem I had with the HDMI eArc port on TV. Found a work around and contacted the Geek Squad to set up repair of eArc port.

We were quoted cost of $50 but charged $99.99 Also, told us the subwoofer was not working and told us to take it to Geek Squad - We have TOTAL PROTECTION - Geek Squad was HORRIBLE - this was summitted on another review - we have heard NOTHING from Geek Squad as a follow-up Would have reservations about using Geek Squad ever again - at lease in the Harrisburg East Store
