Having them mount and hook up my sound bar was fast and easy and mounted and set up perfect.

Techs connected the sound bar and it sounds great.

We had the Geek squad install our TVs and sound system. They were excellent. Very knowledgeable and friendly. Will definitely use their service again.

After installation he was unable to get the sound to my wireless headset to a level that I could hear comfortably ( I'm hard of hearing and need the headset to hear the audio well) I was, and still am, disappointed in the volume. I talked to Samsung Tech. support and they insist that's it's possible to get the volume raised although I'm too illiterate (Electronic wise) to follow their instructions so I guess I'm stuck with what I have

The Geek Squad technician arrived on time as scheduled and that is always important. He also called ahead that is equally as important and shows really good professionalism. Once here he asked excellent questions that helped him decide on action to take. Once we realized what the issue was I located the remote control that was necessary to properly set the sound bar. Once again I am a happy customer.

They hooked up both surround systems and made sure we understood how to work the systems.

My husband leaves electronic stuff to me, however since I have a broken leg we needed someone else to hook up our TV/audio and other electronics this time. Clint B. was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and explained things clearly. Made sure everything was working as it should before he left, ran set up on the TV, connected to network/internet, was very convenient service at this time. The first TV was defective and he knew it as soon as he turned it on, he is very up-to-date with the TV models they sell and external equipment that you have.

It was an easy set up...The salesman at Best Buy told us that getting a Sound Bar would enable us to have volume control and access to the mute button on remote. Not True...did not do either.

Being a Best Buy Total Tech Member. I have had The Geek Squad has come to my mobile home on several occasions to connect my home devices. Most of the time Free of Charge. I don't know who I would call to get my home devices installed.

Cory’s work was quick and efficiently done and he did a good job of explaining the sound bar operation. He cleaned up after himself taking care of all the boxing material. Was also very personable
