The agents delivered and setup the TV and sound bar. Courteous, friendly, and knowledgeable. A week later I accidentally pressed a button that removed my Suddenlink app. I called Geek Squad and they were able to remotely control the process to restore my app. AMAZING! I ALWAYS purchase the Geek Squad protection for my items and I've used it on several occasions throughout the years. It's peace of mind for me because I'm NOT tech savvy.

Brian was the consummate professional and his knowledge was on full display. Not only did he install the system, he connected ALL my components to work off one remote utilizing the ARC connection.

The Geek Squad Agent that came out to my home, was a kind, to the point individual. I had a unusual issue - I bought a NEW item, someone thought it was cute to ship me an open box of the sound bar and it came "from the local store". I gave him, the wrong item for the correct item - Life was merry

I was lucky enough to have Agent Cory who hooked up my computer to my printer as i have a google computer now and an hp printer. He has got to be the most knowlegable Agent that they have. He makes short work of any task and always has such a pleasant attitude. I dont trust anyone with electronics except Best Buy. They are the Best of the rest. And thats a fact!!!! Geek Squad came out to fix a thorny issue with home audio. The Sonos system that supports speakers around the home is inconsistent, difficult to ascertain why connections fail, and overall somewhat fragile. GS team very patiently fixed the issue and it has been working for past 18 months. Unfortunately it now is back to being problematic.
