Great service for a great product. We learned how to use our product.

The agent was very helpful in getting a new TV hooked up and teaching us about the different way to load apps. Unfortunately he was not able to get the sound bar to work and we thought we were going to have to purchase a new one. But I was able to do a work around and it is working fine now with the old sound bar. We do have to use alternative sources of remotes to access sound.

Kyle & Tyler (Geek Squad reps) we’re awesome. These guys go above & beyond taking small the time needed to answer all of our Q’s…thanks again guys!

Installation of new receiver to TV system. Everything works but I now have to use 3 remotes compared to the single one I used previously

Ian and John were very knowlegable. They both worked on the set up of 2 new devices, and kept at it until surround sound was fine tuned.
