Aweful services from best buys. Installation had to be rescheduled three times because of Best Buy’s very poor performance and coordination of equipments needed to install the tv on wall above sliding door. Scaffolding was brought in without technical setup support to the geek squad team to install the tv… the initial installation date is more than 3 weeks Aewful service.

The agents did a fantastic job mounting my TV and all my devices. They were professional, made sure to mount everything into studs (no anchors used!), and ensured the screen was perfectly centered. They also concealed all the wires for a super clean look. I’m very happy with the results and will definitely be using Geek Squad again!

The two guys who came to my house not only asked and valued my opinion as far as how high I wanted the t.v. mounted on the wall but gently gave me their suggestions and why...we came to an agreement. They were awesome! The t.v. was mounted in no time and the guys even helped me setup my t.v. for it to be able to use in an instant. Win WIN situation for everyone! Thnak you so much to Best Buy and The Greek Squad.

This was horrible. Two different phone ops gave me two prices. Both stated price included everything for the install. Installer showed up with tools only. Price does not include anything but hanging. Aused both my and installer time wasted. Said it happens often!

Geek squad had to come out three separate times and still managed to damage items and hang the TV and soundbar crooked.
