We’ll do the heavy lifting and save you time and hassle. Enjoy the convenience of our installers quickly and professionally mounting your TV to the wall or a piece of compatible furniture, giving it a clean look without all the cables. We can make recommendations on placement for the best viewing experience of your TV. For properly-rated, non-powered cables, we'll conceal them within the wall in a single stud bay or on the wall’s surface. If we're extending power cables, we’ll make sure an approved extension kit, which is sold separately, meets your desired mounting height requirements. Then, we’ll install the outlet portion of the kit inside the drywall, run the in-wall-rated jumper cable inside the single wall stud bay and install the receptacle portion of the kit near an existing power outlet. Then, we’ll power on the TV to ensure it powers on and works properly. Finally, we’ll ensure all wires and cables are neatly dressed, and the workspace is clean when we finish. • Delivery, unboxing and assembly: Your service includes delivery to a room serviced by an elevator or up to the third floor. Then, we’ll unbox your new TV and attach it to the wall mount bracket for TV mounting service.
• Mounting your TV: Once assembled, we’ll mount your TV to a standard frame wall with a drywall surface or onto compatible furniture.
• Concealing cables: We’ll conceal the properly rated video cables in the wall within a single stud bay so they are out of sight.
• Installing the in-wall power extension kit: If you need an in-wall power extension kit (sold separately) installed, we’ll help you choose the ideal placement based on your desired TV location and install the device in a drywall surface between two studs.
• Neatly dressing visible cables: We'll make sure that all wires and cables are neatly dressed and that wire ties are used when necessary.
• Plugging in and testing: Once the work is complete, we’ll plug the TV into an existing outlet and test functionality. We’ll make sure the TV works as intended and is free from defects or damage.
• Cleaning up and removing packaging: After the installation, we'll clean up the work area and remove any packaging that your products came in. We'll haul away and recycle your old TV if it was included in the order or is available to order during the appointment.
• Removal of old TV: We can reinstall your existing TV into another room in your home or haul it away to be recycled. This does require additional services and fees.
